The City encourages all qualified persons and/or businesses to submit a bid for any advertised opportunity. It is the policy of the City's Purchasing Department that all purchases of goods and services of a significant dollar value are acquired through a bid process. Opportunities advertised on this site may also be posted on the BC Bid website at https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. .
