700 Blk of Fourth Street from March 1st – March 26th, 2021
Water system upgrades are planned for the 700 Blk of Fourth Street. A new water main is being installed between Elwyn Street and Kokanee Avenue. The City is upgrading the old undersized water main and adding a fire hydrant in this area. Crews will be starting at the intersection at Fourth & Elwyn Streets and working north to Kokanee Avenue.
WILL MY WATER SERVICE BE INTERRUPTED?
Water interruptions will be required to connect the new system. If your home or business is affected, a separate notification will be given prior to shut-off.
HOW WILL THIS WORK AFFECT ME?
Parking along sections of Fourth Street will be suspended, and portions of the road will be closed while the construction takes place.
WHEN WILL THE WORK BEGIN?
Expect equipment and materials to arrive during the week of March 1st. Crews will be working on-site between 7:30am and 3:00pm.
Please respect all traffic and parking signage, and protect your vehicles by parking away from the construction zone.
