You will need a copy of your bill to register. Your bill has your Account and Customer number.
You can find your Customer and Account number on the top right-hand side of your hydro bill. Please note that the “Account Number” is the first eight (8) digits, and the “Customer Number” is the six (6) digits after the dash.

At City Hall, payment can be made by cash, debit, credit card or cheque.
The City offers a 24 hour drop box located at the front of City Hall.

Pay your hydro electric bill at most banks and credit unions.
Pay through your financial institution's online banking system.
