Business License
Any person owning or operating a business within the City of Nelson is required to obtain an annual Business Licence. Please consult the Business License Application and Fee Schedule [PDF - 61 KB] on the Applications & Forms page for further information.
Business owners are required to notify the City of Nelson of any changes to their business license. Updates to an existing business licence can be submitted using the Business Licence Revision Form.pdf [PDF - 72 KB]. Please be aware that there is a $15.00 fee for this process.
