New Reserves

The Nelson Police Department is proud to welcome three new Reserve Constables.

Jordan Croteau, Jesse Wetter, and Linden Jennings have been sworn in after successfully completing the Reserve Constable Training Program. This program consisted of approximately 100 hours of training, and learning on topics such as legal studies, traffic enforcement, investigative techniques, and use of force training.

They will join NPD’s current compliment of dedicated volunteer Reserves, and will participate in patrol duties, traffic control duties for parades, functions and special events, and various other duties all under the direct supervision of a sworn police officer.
